Yes, I always love beautiful poems and nice quotes even since I'm in junior high. And let me tell u something, if u see me busy with my blackberry when I watched movie with u at the cinema, its mostly not because someone ping me at BBM or text messaging me. Its simply because I'm busy copying the tagline and some strong conversation at the movie just before I forget it. Forget when this silly act of mine started to became a habbit. But I do enjoy it a lot.
Who never hear the quote "u jump, I jump" came from? (Yes! Its from the titanic!). Or who doesn't know the quote "I can't live in a world where u don't exist"? (Its from newmoon - twilight saga). Or the quote that we hear so much lately, "I see you"?? (The one from avatar).
There's a lot of good movies out there come with great quotes. Some TV shows either. 2 of my favourite TV shows that comes with inspirational quotes must be 'sex and the city' and 'desperate housewives'. I can watched the DVD over and over, and still.. I got something to pick. I watched satc season 1 till 6 for.. Uhmmm.. maybe 5 times?? *hahahhaha, yes I know. I'm freak*
I just finished watched the newest season of desperate housewives, season six. And I fall in love with tom scavo!
Tom is lynette's husband. And before we're talking about Tom, let's talking about his adorable wife. Lynette was tom's boss earlier, Working in an advertising company, succeed and sorry to say, she's perfectionist! Lynette has a rough background. Her father left the family since she was a little kid, and her mother is an alchoholic. So since then, she has to take care of the whole family and make sure everything is fine. Lynette is a mother of 4 with twins coming (that making her children become 6!!). Depressed with her kids behaviour but love them so much till she gave up her carreer and broke. But She also had survived from cancer. She's just the strongest woman I ever know!
And all these craps making lynette an over protective mother and over controlling wife. She always be the bad guy for her kids and tom be the good guy. She always wants things running with her way.
But do you know what Tom said about Lynette? (Tom known as a phlegmatic husband since lynette always control everything and he always say yes to her)
"She's been through a lot! Since young, she has to responsibe for evrything. And she just hope that she won't fail and break anything. So she needs to take care of things to runs her way. By keeping things her way, she feels safe. And its my job to make her feel safe, even it means that I have to give in. Even when sometimes I don't like her asks me this or that, and I want to do it with my way. But I do love her. And I just want her to feel safe, cause its my job!"
Aaaaaww... My heart is melting! Hahahhhahahahha.. I wanna meet my tom scavo! He doesn't have to be perfect, handsome or rich (c'mon, what tom had while lynette has everything seh??). I just want to feel safe.. To feel that I'm in the rite hand.. The one that will take me for the whole of me.. And just love me the way I am..
Hahahahahahahah, and I guess.. I should start preparing the 'field'.. To love without expectations.. ^^
